Refunds & Returns

Approved refunds are processed at 85% of the total amount paid, with a 15% service deduction to cover consultation time and complimentary items.
Complimentary or free items are not returnable.
Gift Boxes & Custom Orders
Custom or curated Blume Gift Boxes are subject to product availability at the time of confirmation.
Once a custom gift box has been confirmed and prepared, changes may not be possible.
Pricing for curated boxes is communicated after availability is confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
Blume is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once an order has been dispatched.
