Blume Refund Policy

At Blume, we are committed to offering premium hair extensions and a thoughtful shopping experience. We take time to guide our customers in making the right choice and always aim to ensure satisfaction with every order.

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

✅Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The hair product is returned in its original condition, unused, and untampered with
  • The Package is returned within the approved return timeframe which is 12 hours after delivery
  • The product meets our quality and return inspection standards
💳Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be processed at 85% of the total amount paid.

The remaining 15% is a service deduction which covers:

  • Time spent on product guidance, packing your order and dispatching it.
  • Complimentary items (such as edible gifts or free treats) which cannot be returned once package is out for delivery.

This allows us to continue providing personalized support and maintaining the Blume experience for all customers.

🚚 Dispatch & Preference Changes

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, any changes based on personal preference (such as curl pattern or texture choice) will fall under this refund policy.

We encourage customers to carefully confirm their selection before dispatch.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged
  • Items returned incomplete or not in original condition
  • Preference changes after extended use
  • Complimentary or free items
