Blume Partner Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Partner Program. Blume reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.
Profile Accuracy
Partners are responsible for ensuring that all information on their salon profile remains accurate and up to date.
Customer Relationships
Appointments, payments, and services are agreements between the salon and the customer. Blume is not responsible for disputes arising from these interactions.
Quality Standards
Partners are expected to maintain professional service standards. Repeated complaints or conduct that may harm the reputation of Blume may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Reviews
Customers may leave reviews on partner profiles. Blume reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.
Program Updates
Blume Luxe is committed to continually improving the Partner Salon Program. As the program evolves, we may introduce new benefits, initiatives, requirements, promotions, or features designed to provide greater value to our partners and customers. Any significant updates will be communicated to active partner salons in advance where reasonably possible.
Voluntary Withdrawal
Participation in the Blume Partner Salon Program is entirely voluntary. Partner salons may choose to leave the program at any time by providing written notice to Blume Luxe. Upon withdrawal, the salon’s Partner Salon status, directory listing, partner pricing, and access to exclusive partner benefits will be discontinued.
Termination
Blume may suspend or terminate a partnership if the salon:
- Violates these terms.
- Fails to purchase Blume Luxe products for three (3) consecutive months.
- Engages in fraudulent or unethical practices.
- Repeatedly receives verified complaints without improvement.
